1. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without notice. All changes will be posted here.
2. We agree to sell you goods as described on this website. Any changes to the goods on offer will be notified to you and opportunity to cancel the order or substitue items will be offered.
3. We endeavour to complete all orders within 14 days of payment being received. Most orders are completed in less than 7 days. Whilst at rare times it may be necessary for shipping to be delayed by up to 28 days, we will inform you if this applies to your order. You will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order if this is not acceptable to you.
4. We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods.
5. If the items you have ordered are unavailable we will inform you and offer you a full refund.
6. Items are sold at the price stated on the web site at the time of order. If there is a pricing error we will inform you of the correct price as soon as possible and give you the opportuntiy to reconfirm or cancel your order. If we cannot contact you we will cancel your order. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid we will refund you the amount you have paid.
7. Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card via Paypal, Cheque or Postal Order. Cheque's to be made out to "Joanna Ralston"
8. Your details may be stored on a computer under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1984.
9. We will not pass on any of your details to any third parties.
10. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
